Beautiful rooms, friendly staff, great pools!

We just left Balansat Resort after two weeks of holiday. It is a beautiful resort with nice rooms, helpful and friendly staff and great pools. The location is near to a nice beach and there are multiple great restaurants near by. We didn’t have an all inclusive stay, so we didn’t use the breakfast facilities. House keeping does a great job. Big compliments for the house keeping team. WiFi was free and worked well. The only recommendation I would give the hotel is to improve the hotel room kitchen facilities. These were a bit limited and outdated. Some reviews talk about the noise at night. And even though I understand what they are talking about, it’s not all that bad. Our kids slept trough the sound, and at 10.30pm everything was quiet. The only thing to keep in mind if you book this hotel is that you are pretty far away from the main cities. Both Eivisa and St Eularia are about 30 minutes by car.
