Absolutely disappointed!!!

We are currently on our vacation and we booked the Fergus Bahamas style hotel on Ibiza. The room we got is very old. You can see the pictures. Its really not worth the money. Its really not a 4 stars hotel.The bath that cant be filled, the uneven wall and the matras. Omg the matras is sooo terrible you can even feel the metal inside. I cant get a normal night sleep and its very much needed after a day with a baby. Its like getting up from your night sleep even more tired. Another thing about the room are the walls. They are super thin we can hear people talking upstairs and outside. Its just not nice to even stay in the room because of the atmosphere. Because the hotel is close by the airport keep in mind that you can hear every plane coming and going. For us personally is not a problem. The food is okey. Nothing special. One thing that is very nice is the staff. They are extremely nice and friendly.
